Our business ethics in the daily conduct with customers, partners and employees are determined by the ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption of the UN Global Compact Initiative.

Compliance with legal regulations is one of our top priorities. In order to meet these requirements, it is important to identify any possible misconduct at an early stage. Our employees and external third parties are therefore encouraged to report potential violations.

Such violations may include, but are not limited to, economic offences like bribery, corruption, fraud, or money laundering, breaches of antitrust and competition law, violations of applicable embargo and export regulations, human rights, labor law and environment related topics.

Our "EQS Integrity Line"  compliance notification system provides all employees and external third parties with a protected reporting channel for possible compliance violations. You have also the option to report compliance violations anonymously.

Reported compliance issues are always treated confidentially and will be carefully investigated. In this regard, we do not tolerate any discrimination or disadvantage against persons who report a compliance incident in a good faith. However, in cases of an intentional abuse, civil or criminal actions might be initiated.
